Reiki
Reiki (pronounced Ray Key) is a combination of two Japanese words rei and ki meaning universal life energy. Reiki is an ancient laying-on of hands healing technique that uses the life force energy to heal by removing energy blockages and balancing the subtle energies within our bodies. Reiki addresses physical, emotional, mental and spiritual imbalances.

Craniosacral Therapy (CST)
Craniosacral Therapy is a gentle, hands-on method of detecting and correcting imbalances in the craniosacral system which is comprised of the membranes and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord. Using a soft touch generally no greater than 5 grams, or about the weight of a nickel, practitioners release restrictions in the craniosacral system to improve the functioning of the central nervous system,  This results in better health and optimal well-being.

Meditation
The practice of meditation helps us to focus and quiet the mind, relax the body and produce a state of inner harmony. There are many meditation techniques that help to improve physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
EFT is a form of psychological acupressure, based on the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture but without the invasiveness of needles. Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips is used to input kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the head and chest while you think about your specific problem  (ie. a traumatic event, addiction, pain) and voice positive affirmations. This combination of tapping the energy meridians and voicing positive affirmation works to clear the emotional block from your body’s bioenergy system, thus restoring your mind and body’s balance, which is essential for optimal health and the healing of physical disease.
